have a problem with something purchased through Etsy checkout, please contact us directly. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee.

PayPal is the preferred form of payment. However, we do accept money orders and checks. Please allow 2-3 weeks for check/money order approval. Once payment has cleared, we will ship your items within 2 business days. Please allow a total of 4-6 weeks for delivery. We will send you an email confirmation of mailing.

If payment is not received within 5 days of placing the order, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item.

Custom orders are gladly accepted. Please contact us directly. In most cases, we can adjust sizing, colors, and more with
a request via email. For custom orders, the full amount of payment is required.

SHIPPING
Shipping is done via FedEx with a provided tracking number, unless otherwise requested by buyer. Please contact us if you would like it sent via another carrier or method.

If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage and return the item and photo to me at your cost and I will offer a refund or replacement. I take great care in making sure my items are packaged securely and safely. You must send the item back via UPS or FedEx for tracking purposes. The item cannnot be refunded/repaired unless I receive it.
It is best to ship it back to me in this method.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted only if damaged. Exchanges are welcome in place of returns. Find any item on the site that is equal
or lesser value, and we will be happy to replace your purchase with the new item, once the original item has been returned to us.
